I’m sensing Samsung is extremely desperate in their case against Apple. So desperate in fact, that they had to send documents that were rejected as evidence from the trial to the media. Their hope is to influence the public that they are innocent when it’s bluntly obvious that Samsung has a history of cloning its competitor’s products.
